it has been a fun week or so since launch, hearing the initial reactions of people who are trying to wrap their heads around the announcement. we're doing something pretty new and different at litl, so people naturally have a lot of questions. one thing i love about our company is how everyone, from engineers to directors to support, are listening to community questions and concerns and openly responding in blog posts, comments and tweets.
here are some of my favorite links from the past week.
- chuck freedman joined us as our open channels evangelist!
- meet anthony deaver, a fellow channel developer whose blackbelt actionscript prowess continually impresses me.
- havoc pennington, our director of OS development, addresses the question is the litl webbook a netbook? and explains how the litl saves its users from frustration.
- scott janousek and dale rankine both noticed us. it's fantastic seeing experts in the flash mobile community getting interested in the device and our eventual developer tools. scott even started his own litl-focused blog which will be one to watch.
lastly, i'd like to note here that open channel development will be open to the entire flash community, not just mobile experts. it's gonna be good!
